Most of you are aware that I am a big fan of inspirational quotations. I started my collection during my senior year of high school and have continued ever since. The only stipulation for a quote or saying becoming my "quote of the day" is that I must connect with it in some way. It might be humorous, inspirational, or just so darn true. I have obtained quotes from fiction books, song lyrics, by listening to speakers, and from my students.
Here's where I need your help. I want you to help broaden my quote collection. For 5 points of extra credit in the 4th marking period, please do the following:
- Find a quote that YOU connect with
- Post the quote and author/speaker (if known) in the form of a comment
- Also post a brief response as to why the quote is meaningful to you
